Got A Gmail Acc

Today, my friend presented a gmail account to me.

1000mb space, it support javascripts(Gecko browser, Safari) or ActiveX(IE).

But the GUI of gmail I didn’t think it is very fine. It is not much exquisite.

I think maybe one day someone can make a beautiful skin for gmail. Hehe!! :rolleyes:

BTW, I have chance to present ONE gmail account to you guys after I use gmail about a week.

We could set up a gmail queue here, like at Neowin, a way of benefiting "seniorish" aqua-softians. The problem over at the Neowin board is that people are signing up just for an account, so we could make it so that you have to be a member here for over a month or two. (A post limit would just encourage spam :6 ) I know that many people here would be interested in this. I dunno, just a suggestion.

@Flarex: What are the (If any) benefits of gmail you've found over other free email systems? I would like to try gmail, but if it's only benefit is its size, I'm not going through the hassle of switching to a new email address.

Besides the space, they'res the interface which isn't the bomb, but its much better then other free email hosts...i get email really quickly, it downloads attachments over 500kbps. I dunno i just like it better then other email providers. I'm not concerened with the privacy, its not like i'm sending out the next bombing plan to al queda.
