I cant let my "Regedit" work as well as "msconfig" ,I dont know what to do?

is there any data I miss in my windows floder?

toooooo is trying to get Regedit and Msconfig to run, but they don't work, and wants to know if there's some data missing from the Windows folder that's causing the problem. No need to be mean to those who don't speak english as a first language.

In any case, I don't know what's causing the problem. Do the programs just not show up at all, or do you get an error message? If you get an error, what error is it?

there are viruses that prevent a user from running regedit and msconfig. try scanning for viruses and spyware.

by the way i got a virus called W32.SASSER but i think i had removed it

Better run your virus scan again, but if this doesn't help click on this link and download the removal tool, this should remove the virus, and allow you to run Regedit and MSCONFIG. If this doesn't help, I have no other idea as to what the problem might be... CNET Sasser removal
