Menu Bar Disappears With Screensaver?

Hey guys, I am having a problem. I have OB 1.5 or whatever, the newest one and everytime my screensaver starts or something goes fullsccreen, it disappears and doesnt reappear until I have started an app or press ctl+alt+del. Anyone know whats up? Its kinda frustrating. Later.
