[request] Itunes 1 Icon

Does anybody still have it? I can fund the iTunes 4 icon everywhere but not the iTunes 1 icon. Its the icon with several multicolored notes on a CD -

And yes I searched the forums over already

Nope, sorry. These are all the itunes-like icons I have. Maybe some photoshop work to colorize it?
