(i don't know if it's correct to call long and short days, so i will put an example)
Mon=Short Day
Monday=Long Day

I've requested it from torsius as a feature, but as yet I don't think its possible.
To get around this problem I implemented a script to handle just the day names in my weather widgets.
Have a look at my Milk Vertical widget and the daynames.vbs in particular for an example of what i'm talking about.

what is weather 2004...never seen it. i just use sysmetrix...ugh im asking a lot about samurize...well i got things to ask before i switch. im happy with sysmetrix, but im always looking for better things
It is a plugin that Torsius made, it blows the script outta the water...more usable features, easier to use and MUCH LESS CPU intensive.
