Just downloaded the latest Picasa update (1.5.1)... seems to be shaping up as a nice image viewer contender. So far mine is running much faster, with smaller memory usage. Give it a whirl if you use Picasa... also, how is the iPhoto skin coming along for Picasa? It would be very interesting to see how close one could be made to resemble the original proggie.

Yeah, as far as I know it can be skinned... Another post mentions how the interface is oddly made up of Adobe Photoshop .PSD files, and in one of my previous posts someone mentioned making an iPhoto skin for it (which would kick ass btw)... Anyone know what the status is of this by chance? This program really is nice, but unfortunately is not as robust as ACDSee. Hopefully their future releases will include some comparable features. Also, does anyone know how the throbber for the 'back to albums' button was done? animated .psd? Thanks guys!
