[help] Glitch?

sometimes some icons wont 'demagnify' after i move over them. i will sometimes have a certain icon still magnified until i touch the dock again. seems a little strange to me.

This happens to me also. It seems to also bring my CPU usage to 100% even though I am doing nothing CPU-intensive.
