[help] Creating Mobile Phone Themes

I'm looking to getting a mobile phone in the next little while, and I can't really afford those bells and whistles loaded phones. My handset of choice right now is the Sony Ericsson T237:

Are there any existing OSX themes out there for this handset? If not, what kind of tools will I need to create my own theme(s)? How difficult is it to do so?

Don't know if any themes are available, but it looks like you can make your own with Theme Creator Pro, it supports the T230/T238 so I don't see why it wouldn't work for a T237.
