[help] making themes graphite

if i want to mod my standard panther theme to a graphite one, how to turn all the aqua elements graphite & 1:1 to the real graphite panther?

To turn the aqua blue widgets graphite, they have to be adjusted to negative seventy-five percent (-75) saturation.
