[request] A Custom File Icon And Realplayer

hey,

i am looking for somebody to make an icon like the jpeg and gif icons from mac (the ones with the palm trees in the background) i was wondering if the background could be replaced with the graphic i put below

by replacing the graphic i mean taking out the green palm trees and putting in the ones from the png below, nor the entire pic

also i am looking for a set of mac realone icons like mpeg and realaudio etc..
