Help With Logonui

I'm just trying to customize my logonui to my personal liking. I've tried Reshaker but ever time I want to replace the background bitmap, it gives me an Access violation error?! I can't figure it out; it's frustrating!!! What's going on?

All I want - it's very basic, so I'm almost embarresed to post this - is the infamous Apple OS X logon with a grey background, with a floating shadow. That's all I ask! Would anybody be kind enough to take 2 seconds of their time to make it for me?

I run 1600x1200, but I think the original OSX logonUI was resolution independent (works fine for me now).

Split care to upload the logonui.exe when you are done with it?

I have been trying to create my own logonui exactly the way you describe,.. with the grey background instead of the "quantum foam" blue.

PS:// You must down load the bootscreen that Judge did the dark grey apple on a grey screen,.. it is awesome.

Same here, I like this one with the bright blue applke, and also the grey one for authentic look. But the blue apple one looks best!
