[ann] S2v3: Sau Ai Coming Sunday

Hehe, no not a release thread (for once). This is to say two things(ish);

Abstract-BST S2V3: Sau Ai will be release on Sunday.

Well yes, who cares 'bout that eh? Well.. A few people I hope. Also you get a chance to name seven of the wallpapers. The first, as I promised I would, is named Seph. So suggest names for the other seven; best suggestions get immortalized in the Read Me..! (Note; This volume has rather more 'busy' looks, so keep that in mind)

Sau Ai is being released especially with VanillaSoap.

I haven't said anything about this yet - because it doesn't really warrant me nagging at you. But VanillaSoap is my own personal MiniSite that is going to hold all my wallpaper, icon and misc. work from now (yes this will include a stable linking to Series One and all Abstract-BST stuff). So less spamming up A-S with release threads (but I'll just have to jab Silencedge into posting an Announcement thread... Of course.. )

Along with Sau Ai, I'll also be releasing a new icon for OpenOffice which is all lovely and one of my best says Am.

Anyway, enough yapping.. Post any names you want to see used in Sau Ai!

Any one with purple in it should have a "wizard"-esque name to it (or the one with the most purple). It doesn't have to be "wizard", just "wizard"-esque. I have no creativity in me right now, so I can't help, but maybe someone will come up with a :smartass: name.

VanillaSoap? It makes me want to bathe in ice-cream.

I'd do another Volume especially for tomorrow; but I'm busy re-doing all my DMGs and ZIPs with a new VS readme and a new DMG icon*.

(* - Five years I've used Fireworks and only today I realized that you can do funky erasing and mixing layered objects.. *Slaps forehead*)

Very cool..they remind me of oil on top of water.

My suggestion for one of em is blixxel. I just kept typing and that came out, straight from the brain of the Juno!

Additional: Semi-note, S2V4 won't arrive for a few weeks (a longer space than between Vanilla-Fire and Sau Ai at any rate), mostly because I seriously have to finish and fix some OZ stuff and then play/watch new stuff (UT2004, JK:Academy, JK2:Outcast, Fight Club DVD, Alien Quadrilogy DVD boxset (9 discs..!) all bought this week.. ). I'll see about releasing an icon sometime in between.

Eh, sorry to say but two annoying things held up launch, and one important thing;

• Got dragged out to watch England-v-France match, for the whole day.

• VanillaSoap.com domain hasn't finished registering..

(And now the important one;)

• My Miss seems very down, and I haven't been able to spend a lot of time with her lately (mostly due to being rather ill and having to stay in bed but also being tired). So I'm spending the remainder of the day (night) with her instead of doing OZ or VS stuff.

Meaning, I can't give a date of launch - but I'll say here when it looks ready.

Hehe, yeah.. (Note; Miss isn't 'Knee.. :6 And she feels better now, not great but there's not a lot I can do to help at the moment.)

Er sorry to bump. A few bits to say.. >.<

1) VanillaSoap is getting uploaded, but don't hold your breath; there's 55mb to upload. And it's been chugging along for 4 hours 30 minutes now. And it's only half done. Er so it should be ready to open at 9pm EST.. I'm keeping back a few icon-sets that I've done this week, because I'm too lazy to upload the DMGs and ZIPs.. :6

2) I updated all the Abstract-BST threads with links to VS, to stop people moaning broken links at me..

3) All the VS DMGs/ZIPs have new Read Me's and I updated all the Abstract-BST packages so that each wall's name is it's title (instead of Volume Two - One, etc). That includes all sixty-four of the S1 walls.. >.<

Edit: All the ZIPs are uploaded.. If you want I can open it up now, as long as people don't moan about lack of DMGs for another 5hrs..

I suggest infinitum or paradox. As there are infinite ways you imagine where the edge of the image goes and as there are infinite ways but can only be one true way it's sort of a paradox (Gets so confusing, I'm just gonna give up now).
