[ann] Semi-retirement From Community

Hi all,

Many of you probably know me by now and some may consider me a friend, so it is with great regret that I'm announcing a cut-down in my activities participating in this community.

In case you are wondering, this decision has been brought on by impending fatherhood and the need to put real-life considerations first.

I'm sorry if I've let anyone down by not releasing something with a long past release date but I've been really busy with new responsibilities at work (and now at home) and have not been able to devote as much time to finishing things that I've previously started.

I'll try my best to release those projects that I've started but I'm likely to find myself with less and less time.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not going anywhere and I'll still be around, but just in a more backseat sort of way. Anyway, that's all I wanted to say.

I took three years of Latin, but I don't really remember much. So far as I can tell it means: "I think I think therefore I think I am."

Which makes sense, considering that "I think therefore I am" is a rather famous quote from Descartes (I think).

Edit: Had one too many "I think" in there.

Thanks for the kind words guys, I really appreciate the sentiment, but I'm not sailing off to middle-earth or anything (yet :dr_evil:)

The reason behind this thread is I hate those idiots that post previews and then never release and now I find myself with my foot lodged firmly in the orifice otherwise known as my mouth.

I just wanted to let everyone know why I've made previews that I may not be able to release as expected.

All the same, I'm moved.

P.S. I confess, I popped off Globox for out-witting me in this thread
