[request] Snow E.2 Shell32.dll

Replace system icons. For example, when you right click on "My Computer" and go to "Properties" there is an icon of something there. Sometimes is the logo of your manefacturer, but when these files are installed they *usually* replace that icon with, say, an iMac. So basically they change system icons that are hard to get to. Not only icons, though, they can change a lot of things, including log on dialogs, text, etc.
