[help] Replacing Icons

ok before we say search and all that let me explain

Im looking for a free program to replace any icon I want

axailis will only do folders or specific icons

and all the others I found will only do specific icons or want money

is there a free icon replacer that will let me change whatever icon I want? with out reshacking?

Oh... you mean so you can right click on the icon and change it from the properties? IconPackager does that... it's shareware. http://www.stardock.com

Just buy it, it's really not exspensive.

Freeware icon program (excluding Resource Hacker) that will allow you to change all icons? I don't think there is one.
