I originally made this design for my QuickSilver skin http://www.ceruleanstudios.com/skins/skins...componentID=178 I'd like to see doofy try to code that skin (I'm talking about the .xml files)
doofy, sone or whoever is claiming to have made this. I would appreciate it if you got in touch with me to discuss this and any other future ports you may wish to do using that code and design.

Honz, Doofy never claimed to had made this skin from scratch. I think he was even a bit reluctant to post it because he knew
it wasnt a "complete" skin so to speak. Anyway if you, Honz, or Doofy want me to remove it I will do so. Bye!

OK, I'm looking into this now because I genuinely don't remember helping doofy with this . I'm also well aware that doofy is a cool guy and meant nothing malicous with this release. If I'm wrong I won't be shy to admit it and my profuse apologies will go to doofy. I'll post back here after I've checked it out. However I can say for sure that normally the only thing I ask for in return of permission is some credit (easily recognizable, because we all know that not many people bother to readme's and the other thing would have been a link to my site) none of which I noticed anywhere in that thread.
So far the only people I remember helping with that code was 'thenut' and a guy who I'm communicating with right now.
@Sone: I'm not about to aplogize for con's actions. I can well imagine what has been happening as I have had several dealings with him recently at my site. All I can say is that con does not in any way speak for me or on my behalf. Blocking him is the best option.

I apologize profusely to doofy for putting his name and reputation into jeopardy.
I have no excuses except that I've been going through a bad patch recently with people stealing images from me, and although not directly stating that they are not theirs they were also not directly saying that they were theirs. Giving the impression that they had spent the time and effort creating the image(s) which I made.
I saw doofy's milk skin, and honestly had no recollection of him either having contacted me in any way shape or form and I guess I cracked and posted right away instead of looking into it first.
My only defense is normally when I agree to permission the only thing I will ask for in return is some credit and a link to my site. The usual is to include this is in a readme file and within a description of the skin when it's uploaded anywhere. We all know that not everyone bothers to read readme's, and even less people look in the skin folder unless something is wrong with the skin. That is why the credit and link are so important in the description.
Having read the conversation I had with doofy it's obvious that I did give permission and asked the same thing I always ask, but I suppose it was my fault for not stating it clearly enough. In future I will make sure it is clear.
Once again, I apologize profusely to doofy. I hope no harm was done to your reputation. And I apologize to sone for wasting his time and (although it was nothing to do with me) I'm sorry you had to endure CoN.
