[request] Icon Changing Program

I am proposing the creation of a new program which will let you change the icons in folders / mimetypes. Attached you will find a screenshot of a mockup I made in PhotoShop. I DO NOT have coding experience (I know this sounds ridiculous) but I though the whole emulation community could benefit from something like this...

I know there are programs outhere that can do this but we need one that is skinnable and out own. :woot:

So basically you want skinnable Iconpackager with png support.

I doubt that somebody would take on this project for free cause it requires a lot of work

Just my 2 cents and I don't mean to discourage anybody to start the project.

Sorry I didnt mean for it to supported PNGs but that it supports .ICOs. My beg!!!

JUNO, I use your program and is absolutely awesome!!! I'm thinking of something a little more robust and able to maintain a little database.
