OK first things first this should have gone in the Community Sites forum and not web developments and your topic also needs tagging 
As to you site I think it looks good, different design but some text is overlapping I suggest looking at your line spacing.
As to the content be warned keeping up a Aqua resources site is HARD WORK! there arnt that many but a new one pops up every week and dont last very long its is alot of effort and takes up huge bandwidth and freewebs arnt very generous with thier bandwidth you will need to get a premium account somewhere.
However I noticed most of you download are hot-linking from other site especially osx-e.com they work VERY hard on thier site and it costs them ALOT of money and your just leeching all thier hardwork this is just wrong and will get you in alot of trouble I suggest you remove the links right now from your site, it needs to be somthing different to survive and attract visitors.
Hosting YzDock & DeskDisk and leeching DeviantART is not allowed, DeviantArt frown upon it very strongly and if you dont remove it they will cancel the creators account please remove it and check premissions & legal etc. before hosting

your right, compared to other sites it doesn't need that much code. >.<
1) As Globox said; You aren't the author of the Abstract/Panther wallpapers. Anyone can change the hue.
2) Neaten up the text. For the visual style / "download"s they don't need to be bold and in places they aren't showing or appear to be one confusing line of text.
3) Sort out the some 400/500px of unused space at the bottom.
4) The left/right boxes shouldn't really be images, they could easily be done with tables, like the central one. If you are going to use images (lazy! :6) then make them better quality, and neaten the text up (some of the aliasing is horrible on them).
What the hell, I checked the site and a HELL OF A LOT of the files are directly linked from osx-e. You need to stop this hotlinking now! Do you think all that bandwidth is free or something?
OK, so you wanna start a site, it is not a done thing to:
a. Hotlink the hell out of other sites to make your one looked packed to the brim of things.
b. Use files that devepopers of said files have expresively said that they didnt want to be disributed by any others, other than osx-e.
Ok, I understand you want to make a site etc, but you can't do it in the fashion that you have done, it's simply not on.
Obtain files that arnt on others sites, etc, something special to yours. The are a hell of emulation sites now, as i'm sure are on all the members bookmarks here.
And please, no hotlinking, unless the people your hotlinking from have expressivly given thier permission for you to do so, its just good manners you know?
Having said that, please make the nesseary changes so as to not further encourage posts like this telling you to take stuff down, then build a site that doesnt conflict with any rules that are placed by the sites, mine included. Then all the best will be wished to you.
@ifido - please remove all the url that links to my site directly. You know how much I pay for the space and bandwidth, 200 bucks a month and you just simply steal it and take the credit for it.

Ok, nothing from this guy, so..I have to take steps to stop this stealing of our bandwidth at osx-e, I have drafted this letter to freewebs, said letter reads:
Hello, it has come to my knowledge when checking my webstats lately that a worrying amount of Bandwidth has been use for certain sites that seem to have a lot of referrers coming back to us.
One of the sites that are in this list is the one mentioned ( http://www.freewebs.com/ifido/) This freewebs user has hotlinked a large number of files from my site (http://www.osx-e.com ) and other sites such as http://www.deviantart.com ) and I know for sure that they frown heavily on anyone hotlinking and have on occasion even shut down the membership of of the person whose file is being hotlinked.
I am not sure about your policies concerning this type of thing but we at osx-e are very unhappy about this freewebs user abusing our site for his own gain, and would very much hope that you at freewebs will take steps to ensure that this user ceases to link files from osx-e and also to cease distributing files from our developer as well.

Take heed those others that abuse our bandwidth, we will not tolerate this kind of behaviour. I am drafting letters for the others I have found as well.
With the letter you've drafted, please remove the bit saying `'that is all". Until that point you had written a friendly and to-the-point letter. With that bit in it sounds very unpleasant of you.
Rockzillaraz- Do you want me to look through for spelling/grammar errors? I hope this doesn't sound insulting, but the letter isn't perfect in terms of English 
. I completely agree with you, though, hotlinking sites, especially free ones like osx-e, sucks.
Just a quick note, also- Thanks so much for this great site. Between you, stylesuites, and KDX, I've got all the Aqua Emulation stuff I need. The first time I stumbled onto your site, I nearly...well, let's not go there .
@Alang- That's a ton of money! Just out of curiosity, how much bandwith do you have? How much space are you using?
LOL, yes I see what you mean. Thats what I get for waking up too early and seing this going on and have to be the one to deal with it when obviously I was not quite ready to deal with ..well, frankly, anything
But also, I had gotten up out the wrong side anyway, and I was rushing everything to get it done, no usual spellcheck, no doublecheck, nothing.. bah, anyway, it's sorted now.
Altered, and sent to all parties' providers, as this seems to be the only way now to deal with this, I have found 3 sites doing this so far:

Now, for those that do know me and alang, you know that we are usually very easy going people with a passion for spending our spare time running a half decent site that is easy to navigate and has files for everyone to use.

I'm not on virtual dedicated server. Thats mean I just shared one server with 4 other sites including me. And I'm got 10Gb of space and 500Gb of bandwidth. But this didn't mean people can simply stealing my bandwidth.
Even a Billionaire like Bill Gates doesn't like someone stealing something from him. When I first start the site, I just want it to be for sharing my aqua emulations files with all the community so that people didn't have to ask, request and stff everytime they look for the files. with osx-e, kdx server and stylesuites around I see less people request or asking on where to find an aqua emulation files.
For those who want to start a website, start with a fresh ideas, don't copycat others and use your own resources for that, don't steal it from others unless they give you permission to doing it.
Any word from freewebs?
