Here it goes...![]()
- I booted my b0x0r today and started logging in when I got an error message that said that I needed to activate Windows, click ok to activate it.
- I selected OK, but no activate Windows box popped up...I already activated it almost a year ago. My system hung for a while until I finally decided to reboot (manually, as explorer wasn't running-- no GUI).
- Next time I tried to log in it said there weren't enough system resources to load my user settings/junk--and it also said there wasn't enough paging file memory I think--so it logged me in as the default system somethignoranother (admin) (or something like that), but explorer didn't run (as there was no GUI), and nothing else would run (i.e. task manager-- by CTRL+ALT+DEL)
- The next next time (
) I got the not enough recources dealie, but I didn't log into the admin account or whatever--just went back to the logon screen.
I've since tried booting and logging in again, booting from last known good configuration, booting to safe mode, and finally repairing Windows. !Ayudame!
PS: It's definitely time to reformat...but I can't until I can get all my junk backed up
//thanks ![]()
