a.) what Yz Program are you on about.

b.) How are we supposed to see the icon with the thumbnail screenshot.

If you are talking about YzToolbar I think that is something that was being worked on for Siro by someone but hasn't been released yet. (I don't know this for sure but I've only seen it with the Siro screenshots.

Those are personal themes for that really old toolbar mod. Apparently the Japanese still use it because it looks better with the buttons together.
