[request] Mouse-over Customizing

Why not allow AVEdesk users enjoy a mouse-over effect with their cursor ? so when hovering over a docklet it will change to a hand (like hyper-link) or maybe even to whatever they want ? now that will be cool !

I believe this function has already been implemented for v1.1. We're all just waiting for the release (which is sometime this month). ;D
