Yeah..

I was gonna get it but it would be a hassel to continuoslly pop in batteries. Now when Logitech releases a rechargable version like my MX 700 mouse then I will get it. Untill then I'll stick to the wires.

ave thanks for persuing my idea and as in our conversation, i am going to implemnt it in my skin and I have been able to replace the real taskmanger without problems so the only thing left is to skin. Thanks for your work, and hope to see future updates...

Is replacing the batteries of a keyboard THAT much of a hassle? I mean honestly, how frequently have you had to change them? I'm using an older Logitech cordless KB and I don't even remember the last time I had to swap the batteries out. Twice a year would probably be stretching it. And when you do change the batteries, how long does it take? The Elite Duo is a fantastic system and is on my list of stuff to get when returning to school in the fall.

For security reasons, CTRL+ALT+DEL cannot be overridden in NT systems. Maybe you can replace %systemroot/%/taskmrg.exe, but I do not recomment that.

So you see, it CAN be done on any windows system. I have no idea why anyone would want this to override Ctl-Shift-Esc (Taskman/Task Manager) though, as it provides functionality leaps and bounds beyond this nifty utility, and beyond that of the ForceQuit dialog on the mac.

I have cordeless keyboard and haven't changed the batteries in 5 months. That's not so often imo.
