If you go to aquaxp.com and click on the desktop of the month, you see something that looks very similar to that theme. I don't know anything else about it though. Here is a link to the screenshot Screenshot
I have seen a few people use this theme on DTOTM on this site also - I even asked Seph what he was using - but cleverly deleted the PM >.
Gimme, gimme, gimme! Seph uses a Mac, that's why he had it. and LSD and Shiggy both have unreleased ports?

This is Soft Blue Milk mod by DigitalJames, with permission from Max Rudberg. Released in the maxthemes forums 
What you see in Shiggys desktops are made by him, for personal use
It is a lovely theme

Erm if I understood correctly this is a mod by 3nzo AND DigitalJames who did an addition to it.
But anyway I'm really sorry for being such a selfish person and not release my modded VS's or themes.
I'm usually too lazy to start asking for permissions.

Its ok , Though i would also love to have this theme. I have alot of stuff for my personal use , and i am sure people would want.

I completely understand. You should be proud of that fact that you are respecting the authors by NOT distributing it. I just hope someone can get permission.

Thats exactly how it was...I just made the menu bar blue to match. 3nzo was the man behind the mod.

Funny to me, though- why is it that Windows users love Visual Styles with left-aligned TitleBar buttons, whereas, in the case of this skin, the buttons are on the opposite side?
Either way, I love this theme... only wish there was a good port of it for msstyles.

its the visuall style there into. the fact that mac has its buttons on the left and windows on the right is moot.
