[help] Tooltips On Taskbar

how can i remove those tooltips on the taskbar?

i did removed those tooltips on desktop and other places, but i just cant remove those on the taskbar, does anyone know?

Ever thought about the fact that most users on this board come from oversea and usually are still in school or at work at this time? :rant:

And actually I don't think you can hide or prevent tooltips from appearing.

There must be a way.

Because somehow, I've altered my system settings so that tooltips appear instantly on hover (not just after a second or two), so if I find that setting, its reasonable to assume I can set the time to 10000 years of hovering before a tooltip appears.

We seem to always have some slight miscommunication over tooltips every time the topic is brought up. So I've decided to write up this short summary explaining this one little point:

Balloon tips and tooltips are NOT the same thing. What works for disabling balloon tips will NOT also disable tooltips. Thanks for the help with the balloon tips, but it doesn't pertain to the topic at hand.
