Japanese Beautiful Icons

I saw on one of Topshotta screenshot from desktop (Nothing special - SS Simplex 2003 (OB, WB by Wolken007 - at Hardwaregeeks) posted on Feb 6 2003, 09:45 AM in February 2003 Screenshots - Japanese icons. Its beautiful. Does anybody know from where I can download it if I can???
