Some words for the skins with the BIG Toolbar, the current NeXplorer skin engine is a little buggy. so you will have some bugs if you use this skin.
Known Bugs:
* the toolbar only looks good up to a certain size. in fullscreen it looks ugly.
* the search field must be white, cant use a different color.
* there is a short flicker if u use the search
* if the window is not active, i goes gray but not the search field part
