It looks very nice, but I have a feeling that you are going to run into some serious, serious copyright laws.

I mean, the software listed isn't even for a Mac, and no where does it list that the images are copyright Apple. It wouldn't be a huge deal if it were for personal use like this site and most others, but that is designed for an actual business. I mean, who knows, you may not have a problem, but I'd be very careful.

my first thought exactly. It looks nice, but better try to create some other graphics.

Also using the menu-bar from their website will not please them... :unsure:

I agree with the other posters. I think Apple would be seriously pissed off by the use of *their* graphics on your site, especially since the software being developed is not for Mac's.
