. Seriously, though, I don't have IconWorkshop and I don't want to download the trial version just for one icon. Is anybody up to the challenge?

You could download this freeware program called @icon sushi. It is so easy. It is even easier than asking others to do it for you 
I have Icon Sushi, but there was an error when I tried to open the PNG. It said it wasn't a supported file, "(orInvalidSize)."

Preferably 128*128, but I think 72*72 will also be ok.
