Hi all !

I've started to port the Longhorn Inspiriat theme by StefanKa

Screen :

I imported from the msstyle with skinstudio and it's looking famous it's worked perfectly (even the start menu and one scrollbar bug (marging error)) for the 1st time.

Do you want an Right buttons version ?

Problems :

- The system icon is near the close /min/max buttons beacause this time , skinstudio just allows me to have blabla right and blabla left , not on the left of the text. This will be fixed soon.

- When the window is too small , the right area for buttons is on the up but the buttons are bon the left now , and how can i define the left party is priotary ? <_<

UPDATE : I have the permission and 2 beta testers.

--- Theres a problem , stefanKa shellstyle.dll are not the same as usual.

So i have pink in the new control panel view , in the masked folders and the icons are the xp one , in the background of the left panel , just the cd and movies icons works goood , rest is xp normal.

Why you not make the max/min/close Buttons on the right side? This is a Windows Theme, and not a Mac Theme. And i think so you dont have the Icon problem.

And what is with the other Substyles? This is an port, if you make the Port 1x1 then you become my permission.

i already have an right button version , and the other substyles : i already work on.

Is the toolbar theme from you ? If yes (or not but permission) i will try to integrate it in the wb theme (try the yazoo yztoolbar theme also)

The Toolbar is by me, you can see this in the .ini from who it is.

I will noz see a version with Buttons on the left side.

This is a Longhorn Style. The name is "Longhorn".

There are people that prefer the Left Handed buttons (Like me) than the right ones

After using all those Mac styles, I cant use the right ones anymore

then I think he should have to make both imho

the correct one including the 4 substyles

and the right handed(subsytles)

so there would be 8 styles with the windowblinds port..

just my 2 cents

P.S. I know how you feel took me forever to learn left handed buttons again.. but since pearpc came out I dont run nothing I dont need to.. I have a mac for my mac stuff..

aargh ... i've deleted the left version.

i will probable remake one later.

I prupose no 8 substyles but 2 separates wba archives .

But if stefanka want to only have it right , ok.

It's just better looking with the left buttons but it has an close button bug

Looks very nice.. hopwfully you can integrate the toolbar as YZtoolbar gives a annoying redraw effect on a new window which is too much for me.. Thanks for the hard work (and permissions StefanKa).

@Stefanka > In your theme , substyles 4 and 2 , the roll over of mdi buttons is ... Panther Snow one. It's corrected in the WB version.

actually why not do two versions ??

One right sided buttons one ( I prefer my buttons on the right now) been using mac style these for too long) and also a Windows style one buttons on the left. All is needed is a substyle

I will make an poll for the left buttons.

I am making it for personnal use but i think (like ibanezcollector ,babypapichulo , and stefanka) sayed : I'ts windows style , we can make everything mac.

Sorry, StefanKa is right, BUT as this is a question of personal ergonomics, the question shold maybe be:

Is it really a lot of work to give the left-thinkers the chance to change their themes :rolleyes:

I'd love to use the left-hand-sided version as well.
