[preview] Jetblack For Nexplorer

I am working on a JetBlack skin for NeXplorer .. I will post it when it's done, but It has some bugs when it is out of focus. I might redo it with a 0px or 1 px outer frame.

I can post it now, and maybe a better artist can take it over. It's not the best, but I needed one to match pe7er's jetblack theme. I don't have a server to store it on, so if someone ones to host it...
