[help] 3 Panel Browsing And Editing Titlebar Text.

hi all.

3 panel browsing; i realize there are a lot of very fine finder clones available as it is, but i'm looking for a far more simple program or method of modifying (ignore my spelling please ) the default explorer. all i want is 3 panel browsing. no skins, nothing else.

title bar text; is there an easy way to make windows centre the titlebar text by default?

xcap looks pretty complex for a ludite like me, is there any other way to do this?
