[release] Sysfiles Packer

Hi,

I've made a customizable NSIS script that allows you to create a nice installer for your set of modded Windows System Files. The replacement of the Files is then easy, fast and very clean. A Restore Point and a clean uninstaller are created at runtime.

You must have NSIS compiler, but all is explained in the HowTo file. For now you have to edit a bit the script-file (I've made this easy, don't worry ) but a GUI will be included soon.

So if you don't have made a GUIR module yet, you can use this to made something nicer than just provide the multiple files in the archive, and instead just post one installer. But it's as you want...
