Well, instead of having a part of a sentence as the title, put that name of the icon set in it. Just leaving them hanging will not get peoples attention. Plus it is not helpful to people browsing the forums.
not only that, but you could convert them yourself. check the pinned thread (posted by me) in this forum (icons).
