Firstly, this is a [Request].
You change it by going into "My Controls -> Edit Profile info" and change the "Custom member title" field.

True. However you won't be able to change this until you make a certain number of posts, to be out of the "Youngin" group.
I think it is around thirty posts that the option appears. I was so happy when that day came *sniffle*
