I don't want to have windows behind / over my mobydock, (I want it to be docked as the new winamp 5.x is docked) like if it was a taskbar, but I want the taskbar to be shown at the opposite side of the screen : I can't use the taskbar trick (mobydock has the same size of taskbar and is placed at the same place then hidden via mobydock).
Someone has an idea ?

The program is made to be transparent so that its NOT what you are saying. I understand what you are saying though and wondered that myself when it installed and went right over the taskbar.
I guess the only thing to do is to move the mobydock somewhere other than the taskbar, or make the taskbar disappear by draggin it down, and then making the MobyDock background have 0% transparency so that it can be completely seen through.
you can adjust the x or y values in the dock config
