[help] "help And Support" Clsid?

I'm working on an app to change XP start menu icons (yes, unlike pretty much every such program out there, it will be free ), and I have figured out how to change more or less everything but the Help and Support icon. It's just one bit of information I'm missing - what's it's CLSID?

If nobody knows it right off the bat, I'd appreciate it if someone with IconPackager could change Help and Support to some unique icon, then find where it shows up in the registry.
