It is difficult to replace some application tray icon even use resource hacker. Some may successfully replace by other tray icon some may cause running error when after replace another tray icon >.
what kind of error? windows protection error?
coz i did change my volume icons using iceman's stray icon and it was good...

I'm not sure. It might be windows protection error. Such as Norton Antivirus, it would be crash at windows startup then terminate itself. :6
