I don't know if this is what you were looking for but there is the one called AquaPack by disciple (Doug Hoxworth). It was a great skin at that time that contained several variations of OSX skin. You had both Aqua and Graphite skins with font size selections and roll-up capsules too aside from Win (right-side max/min/close buttons) versions. I've been using it for almost 2 years. (It was created in Jan. 2001)
AquaPack by Disciple was the first windowblinds skin I used and it is still one of the best I have used. I have the .wba file ... but nowhere to host it so if anyone needs it, please PM me or something.
ps. as far as i know, we seem to have covered all the aqua skins - Judje (OSXP/iSkin), Smoke (Jaguar), Iceman (only VS ??), Cuzzo (Brushed skin), Duckie (old aqua skin) and Disciple (AquaPack). If there are more out there, I too would be interested :-)

i went back and changed my windowblinds skin to aquapack now ... just for 'ol times sake !! will probably switch between Judge's OSXP-A and Aquapack now.

The original Aqua-skin was by Dangeruss, as much as I can remember. Was (is) a very basic skin, though. Loved it back then... Dont ask me what the name was. Dangeruss' skins should be available at DeviantArt (or Deskmod?... hhmmm....).
