In fact, yes I did :6
Now if you didn't see what Stevie sed, i won't repeat it... but I suggest you look... in the Blue-Hue topic (I can't be bothered linking it
)
btw link down, back in a couple of mins... ![]()
hmmm. you have two shades of black. Right side is lighter than the left. It looks like when you went to resize it you did not match the right colors to make it look uniformed.

hmmm, thats odd cos both sides are 000,000,000 ... I checked. Maybe your eyesight is going XJOSHATTCKX?
Where did you get that texture at? It looks a little like something from the Darktree librarys for 3DSMax (No, I'm not trying to back you into a corner; DarkTree provides free Shaders for 3DS). This is all asuming that you used 3DS (or some other 3D app) to make this (It looks that way from the sphere edges; low polygon count.)
Nevermind, I found where you got that from: http://www.jpl.nasa.gov/wallpaper/art/Io_v...es_1024_768.jpg
you dont see the redish line going down the left hand side

Actually I didn't get it from there... If you don't beleive me well, erm, oh well...
I may have used an image originally but not that one...
And actually I did use Darktree, well done! a cookie for you!

Yes, I can. That happened when he moved the image over (forgot to delete the edges completely).

You mean the planet?
Lets have a vote, red line or no red line?? :naughty:
Infinity, is this another rip?
If you can't provide me with proof that you've done this completely yourself, or have obtained the proper permissions to distribute whatever you've done (the link is down, for what it's worth), I'll have to close this thread.
As a consistent repeat offender, I'll also have to suspend you from Aqua-Soft for a day, increasing exponentially with every successive offence.
If you wish to discuss this, please PM me.

Um, you obviously don't know what DarkTree is, or does (this is a photograph, look at the two images, the one I linked to and your wallpaper, they are identicle.) Don't front with us.
that's actually my cookie, i posted it here on a-s many moons ago.
It was good ![]()

No they are not! Open them both up side-by-side and look at them... they are not the same! :canadian:
ps: XJOSHATTACKX i just googled the cookie, clicked on the nicest looking and then found out it was an animated GIF! weird...

Except, of course, I can't because the link isn't working.

I saved them both, let me upload them.
Edit:
Okay, here they are*
http://ben.siys.com/infinitysucks/googled.jpg
*If they don't look the same to you at first, just flip the images around a bit, Infinity did a vertical and horizontal rotate on the original, then resized it for his wallpaper. Tricky fellow.

Topic Closed.
Infinity, I'm closing this topic because I believe you have, once again, ripped another's work.
If you can definitively prove to me by 9:30pm GMT that this wallpaper was completely your own work, or that you obtained permission to release what you did from the original author, I won't suspend you.
Otherwise, expect a 24 hour suspension at 9:30pm GMT.

I've received details from Infinity of the permissions he received for this release - in short, he did receive permission from the source of the image, but his "source" was unaware of the origin of said image.
As such, I feel that, whilst this is almost certainly a rip, Infinity was unaware of this, and as such, I have reduced the "punishment" to an official warning.
If anyone suspects members of ripping content in future, please PM a member of staff such that the issue may be resolved in a controlled manner.
