[help] Problems With An Ipod

Hey everyone,

I have the little problem with the folder icon with an exclamation point on my iPod. The thing is that the updater will not work (disk write error). Now i am going to go to the Apple Store in Lenox Mall on Wed. (several people have told me to go there and see what they can do) so what should i do when i get there or is there another way to get my iPod fixed.

I have no problems with mine at all I'm sure all these problems come from improper handling/usage and lack of care
