[release] Visibilityblue Cursors

Hi,

Long time I've searched for a set of cursors that would be clear. There are many different on the web, but it should be just handy.

VisibilityBlue is a cursors set, that I've moded for the entire purpose to have a clear, visible and ergonomic set of cursors. I've based it on a very popular shape, but modified it and changed colouring due to own tests of which colours will be the best visible (but in the same time not black&white). This is a left-handed version, as I think that the opposite one covers sometimes button inscriptions.

I like this set too (it is not perfect, but closest to my idea of such stuff, and some pixelwork was done as well) - using it since the stoneage

Trying to get the working version (the red one with a throbber mode) to get in the grey colouring with throbber connected, but <_< in this size the throbber looks to small) - unfortunatelly.

Maybe someone has throbber in a slightly bigger scale than the standar one (rolling around in Mozilla Safari skin)?
