From what I know:

OS X itself (including the Darwin Core though not enough to run Darwin itself).

Applications: Chess, iTunes, Safari, Finder, Dock, Appleworks, Macpaint.

Fonts, Wallpapers (the usual).

I don't know anymore, this is what I played with when I found a demonstration powerbook at Stansted Airport.

Box set or the discs that come with a bought Mac?

Box Set;

1) G4/3 installation disc

2) G5 installation disc

3) Additional software (I'm rather sure just Xcode)

Included with new Mac;

1) G* (*=Your Mac PPC G number, so either a G4 or G5) installation disc

2) Additional software (Any games, apps and Xcode as well as Classic)

3) Additional software 2 (Not sure which are included on which of these two discs)

And, I'm 99%, that there isn't "Macpaint" on any Panther installation.

I don't own a Mac, I was guessing at MacPaint cause my brother once messed around on it when PCWorld were still stocking the old iMacs.
