Volume Two should arrive June 1st, if not earlier. I can't do anymore for a while after that; Or I get yelled at for working on side projects... :(

Of course if Abstract-BST supporters visited our Home and demanded I work on Abstract-BST as main thing.. Then I could well be allowed to do bi-weekly/tri-weekly Volume releases.. ;)
