[request]give Me Some Theme Tips Advice

I have looked for a nice brushed theme for windows xp for a while now and I can't seem to find it.... any tips anyone, for the time beeing I'm using WindowBlinds and some sites wouldn't hurt. I have looked in wincustomize and deviantART, but I could have missed something!

Please give me some tips!
