[question]would It Be Possible?

Would it be possible for me to download Darwin, run it on an x86, (I'm assuming it don't have a window manager included) and then set KDE as the default window manager? I'm new to linux so this own't be a thing I'll do any time soon, just a thought. Of course I don't expect Darwin to look anything like OS X or anything... Just a thought.
