[tutorial] If You Want To See Pic Of You Cds

hi to you all

I have an extra time so I'm listening to music, I tryed something if you want to see it!

if you do not have the Album photo of the Artist and you want to make one here the way.

first find any Image or (photo) you like to see for the artist and then do this things

1. find any Image of the Artist you like to see when you are listening.

2. make 3 copys of the photo.

a. name the first Image: AlbumArtSmall

b. the 2nd: AlbumArt_{64AEA83C-5229-487D-86C4-5284D77FC4F0}_Small

c. the 3ed: AlbumArt_{64AEA83C-5229-487D-86C4-5284D77FC4F0}_Large

3. make all the photos Hidden.

4. run any one of the music to see the Image! if so EnJoY

PS: this is for the Album of the music that is mean you need to put every music album in folder and you make these Images or photos if you call it that...

oh by the way these tutorial just for WMP I didn't test it with Winamp...

Sorry but all you need to name the picture file is folder.jpg. That is all.

slightly offtopic

does anyone know wher itunes stores it's album art - and how it magicaly already has the pic sometimes - even some downloaded mp3 files (legal of course ; hey, they dont even do the store in my country yet -uk!!)

with some programs like Tag & Rename you can tag a pic right into the MP3 file.

iTunes stores album art in the ID3v2 tags at the beginning of the mp3.

To manage album art, you can use any number of programs, but I just copy and paste into iTunes (click the "Now Playing" title of the album art, so that it says "Selected Song", and select the song (s) that you want to apply art to, and right click in the art area, and select "paste").

A slight warning, though - I wouldn't recommend using art over about 300*300px, because you can turn your 30Gb mp3 collection very quickly to 60Gb if you use the largest images you can find (1000*1000px, for example)!
