I was wondering if anyone could hook me up with a good icon maker that is free and easy to use.

Also, this is Software that you are requesting, not icons or cursors... it should be in the proper forum; Windows OS.

adobe photoshop, etc. to create icons. if you don't have that, you can use something like the gimp. you can save them as png files.
