Easiest/Best way to change Recycle Icon??

Regarding your question, you either want to change it through IconXP, IconPackager and microangelo. Since i'm flying to work now (SORRY ), i wont be able to provide you with the links, except for ICON PACKAGER LINK.

In Windoze XP:

how bout download the Icon that U want and save it in folder,then right click on ur Desktop>Propeties>Hit the Desktop Tab>look down and hit Customize Desktop then highlight the Icon U want to change and hit change Icon now look for UR Icon that U dowloaded. after that just hit apply or Ok,hope that helped.

I forgot in other version of Windoze but I think is similar <_<
