[help] Making Milk

I found this wallpaper, and I am woundering How he/she made the Milk that pouring from the side. I just looks so good , Good enough to drink. Maybe if there is some kind of tutorial on how to make milk on photoshop. Thanks in advance, Becuase i would really like to make a good looking milk wall for myself.
