Aqua-Soft Forumsi found this over at neowin... it's a whole registry file that's complete with many of the tweaks you, me, and that guy are normally used to changing whenever xp is installed... (e.g. disabling services, visual tweaks, etc)
if you choose to use it, make sure you go through it first, a lot of stuff is system specific (ram, cpu specific)
